Privacy Policy

Tiffany L. Clark. ("TLC" or "we") is committed to respecting the privacy rights of users of www.family-life-possibilities.com ("FLP"). TLC created this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) to give you confidence as you visit and use FLP, and to demonstrate her commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy.  This Privacy Policy discloses TLC's information gathering and dissemination practices solely with respect to FLP and does not apply to TLC's practices conducted offline. Because the Internet is global, information about you that TLC collects or that you submit through FLP may be transferred to, processed in, and held in countries (including the United States) other than the one in which you reside. By using FLP, you explicitly consent to such use of your information and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Updates and Changes
TLC reserves the right, at any time, to add to, change, update, or modify this Privacy Policy, simply by posting such change, update, or modification on FLP and without any other notice to you.  Any such change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on FLP.  It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy from time to time to ensure that you continue to agree with all of its terms.

What Additional Information Does TLC Collect?
TLC’s servers automatically collect non-personally identifiable information about you such as your IP addresses (the number assigned to computers on the Internet), your Internet service provider (e.g., AOL), your browser software (e.g., Microsoft Internet Explorer), your software platform (e.g., Windows XP), the duration of your visit to FLP, and the domain (e.g., .COM, .NET, .JP) of the site from which you arrived at FLP. In addition, we may use cookies and tracking technologies to allow us to track the actions of users of FLP.  We may also aggregate such information about you with similar data collected from other users of FLP.  We use such information to help administer FLP, gather anonymous demographic information and generate user statistics. We do not use such data to create or maintain a personal profile about you. You may choose to provide TLC with personally identifiable information (e.g., your name, physical address, e-mail address) by e-mailing us or otherwise submitting information through FLP. We use such personally identifiable information to provide the services which you requested and to respond to your comments and questions about our services.

Use and Sharing of Information
Except as otherwise described in this section of our Privacy Policy, TLC will not share your personally identifiable information with any third party without your permission. From time to time, we may enter into relationships with third parties who provide services to us (e.g., web hosting services or data management and storage services) and, in those circumstances, we reserve the right to disclose personally identifiable information that is necessary for such service providers to perform those services for us. We may also from time to time share aggregated personally identifiable information with third parties, but not in a manner that would enable the recipient to personally identify any individual. Finally, and notwithstanding anything in this Privacy Policy to the contrary, we reserve the right, unless limited by applicable law, to share any personally identifiable information we have collected: (i) if we believe it is necessary in order to fulfill our fiduciary commitments to others, such as current clients with whom you may be in conflict; (ii) in response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish, protect, or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; (iii) if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person or property; and (iv) if we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding situations that involve significant abuse of our website infrastructure or the Internet in general (such as voluminous spamming, denial of service attacks, or attempts to compromise the security of information).

Although TLC does form confidential attorney-client relationships, this is not the topic of this website, but of www.tiffanyclarklaw.com. And, I understand that, even on that website, she only commits to keeping information confidential (under most circumstances), if either 1) a person shares confidential information pursuant to a signed client fee agreement, between TLC and the person, entered into prior to the person sharing their confidential information, or 2) a person shares confidential information pursuant to other written assurances of confidentiality, sent by TLC to the person prior to the person sharing their confidential information. Therefore, unless one of the above applies, I agree no refrain from communicating any information that I wish to have kept confidential.  And, in any event, I will not submit confidential information through this website or any means related to this website.

TLC uses a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personally identifiable information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store your personally identifiable information on computer systems with limited access that are located in controlled facilities. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.  As a result, while we strive to protect your personally identifiable information, we cannot guarantee its security.
